Florida Estates Winery - Located on a 3,600-acre working plantation, the winery is open daily for tastings, group tours and sales. Special events, fresh markets and wine classes offered throughout the year. 813-996-2113.

Giraffe Ranch - Feed giraffe, zebra and other animals in a safari-style adventure at this working ranch and wildlife preserve located on 47 acres north of Dade City. The ultimate eco-tour, Giraffe Ranch is open by reservation only and offers two tours per day, plus special educational programs for schools. Camel ride tours are also now available. 813-482-3400

Kumquat Growers - Visit the "Kumquat Capital of the World" from November through March when the groves bustle with action and burst with color. Tour the groves and stop by the gift shop to purchase the tart little citrus fruit in marmalades, chutney, jellies and more. 352-588-0544.

Skydive City - Enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside from 13,000 feet. Skydive City is one of the world's premier drop zones that brings divers and spectators to Zephyrhills to leap into the brilliant blue skys over East Pasco. 1-800-888-JUMP.
